Intended Use

EliA anti-TPO is intended for the in vitro quantitative measurement of IgG antibodies directed to thyroid peroxidase (TPO) in human serum and plasma (Li-heparin, EDTA) as an aid in the clinical diagnosis of autoimmune thyroiditis and Graves’ disease in conjunction with other laboratory and clinical findings.  EliA anti-TPO uses the EliA IgG method on the Phadia 250 instrument.
