Intended Use
EliA anti-TG is intended for the in vitro quantitative measurement of IgG antibodies directed to thyroglobulin (TG) in human serum or plasma (Li-heparin, EDTA) as an aid in the clinical diagnosis of autoimmune thyroiditis and Graves’ disease in conjunction with other laboratory and clinical findings. EliA anti-TG uses the EliA IgG method on the Phadia 250 instrument.
