Intended Use

EliA dsDNA is intended for the in vitro quantitative measurement of IgG antibodies directed to dsDNA in serum or plasma (Li-heparin, EDTA) as an aid in the clinical diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) in conjunction with other laboratory and clinical findings.  EliA dsDNA uses the EliA IgG method on the Phadia 250 instrument.
